Family
Until recently, the thought of family photography always made me a little nervous. That is until a photographer friend of mine gave me some great advice. She told me to take the pictures I would want of my own family, this completely changed my approach. Being a commercial photgrapher, I have become to accustomed to creating polished images where everything is perfectly in place. But this is not how I approach family photgraphy. My hope with my family work is to capture precious moments, candid, imperfect and playful.
